We are identified as being unequaled, as being the best - The Gold Standard - in part, for the following reasons:

• Unlike many facilities, we have a large staff of nine caregivers for six residents.  Our staff working at night is always awake, caring for the needs of our residents.

• Medical care - there are daily visits by medical professionals, including nurses and therapists, so as to provide the medical care needed by our residents.  For the convenience of our residents, we work with mobile physicans who provide extended visits for the residents. Periodic vists are also made by a podiatrist to the home and such services are included in the service provided all residents by Golden Gardens.  Likewise, we work closely with in-home healthcare services which provide services within the Golden Gardens home, constantly monitoring the healthcare needs of our residents. Whenever a resident requires any other form of medical attention, such as visiting a specialist, or doctor of their choice, Golden Gardens provides at no cost transportation to the doctor or hospital as may be required.

• Hospice Care - Golden Gardens is licensed by the State of California to participate in the provision of this service.  We work closely with several Hospice agencies who come to our home.  When there is a need for hospice, there is no need to move.  We work closely with the following agencies, among others:
